Q Scheduler
Q Scheduler software is a Time Management system which allows you to create profiles of your clients, projects and tasks. The system allows you to easily track hours you've spent on each job. Jobs can be categorised by project, client or employee. Logging hours is so easy you'll actually want to do it, from your desktop or from your mobile. Select a job, enter worked hours and you're done. Jobs can be billed using a flexible rate system using fixed cost per task or hourly rates tied to client or employee. Q Scheduler allows you to keep a database of all your business contacts, projects and time-based or fixed cost activities. Keep track of your daily to-dos and set up reminder alerts for important tasks. Billing reports ensure that each job is billed accurately and on time. Q Scheduler is available as a desktop Windows application and as a moible app for Andriod, Apple iOS and Windows Mobile.
