QMS Stock
QMS Stock Control is a powerful inventory and services control module which is highly customisable to meet the requirements of a wide range of business activities. Items can be set up to support various measures and packing configurations including expiry dates and fifo batches. Customisable Pricing structures can be configured to create complex pricing solutions, tied to stock categories or clients. QMS Stock Control also provides extensive ordering features, including customer orders and purchase orders. A costings system is also available allowing users to cost foreign purchases automatically. Full integration to other QMS modules is a standard feature allowing the seamless updating of debtor, creditor and nominal ledgers. QMS Stock provides an extensive array of reports including a very powerful report generator allowing users to design and generate their own reports. As in all other major modules, QMS Stock can be set up to generate automatic alert messages and SMSs
