QMS CRM
						
							QMS CRM is our customer relationship module which provides powerful features as 
							a standalone or integrated into QMS suite. Through this module users are able to 
							keep detailed information regarding customer accounts as well as potential client 
							information. Using a two tier system users are able to create a customer detail record 
							in the system, this will not be available to other modules until this record is 
							confirmed as a customer. Utilising this method allows users to compile databases of 
							potential clients and utilize this information in marketing runs, utilising the emailing
							 and SMS functionality found in the system. The CRM module also offers a flexible follow
							 up system that allows you to enter details regarding client communication for future 
							reference, including the attachment of documents and files. A debit collection utility 
							is also available allowing the monitoring of dues to be collected, including reminders 
							and alerts, as well as colour coded classification.
